- He recorded our appointment without telling me - used an AI notes transcriber, idk if that software is HIPPA compliant (it’s probably not) - Asked me personal questions while my mother was still in the room (I’m 22 she legally has to leave) - I could see other patient names/symptoms when he SHOWED ME THE AI NOTES SOTWARE

Ooooh yeah that’s pretty bad 😭 If they have a patient advocate or even an office manager I would at least make a complaint
