I think the cornell case is obvious enough to be angry but nobody on this earth who is informed about the clancy trial believes she didn’t kill the kids. its whether she did it deliberately (my belief) or if she lost her mind and did it from anxiety (which is possible for sure)

Yeah the main issue with the Clancy case is there were a lot men that treated anyone who said she lost her mind or did it from anxiety as though they had forgotten children were dead and monsters for having even an ounce of nuance for the whole situation.

this is the transitive thinking that i find philosophically and ideologically dangerous. with respect to you of course, because we are all wired to think differently and come to different conclusions, but the main issue with the lindsay clancy case was that a mother murdered her children. what a fraction of the media says about it should not be magnified to extreme proportions to where we lose sight of the actual situation, either way. 1/2

we could talk about those people that say that and i’m confident we would agree when talking about them, but it shouldn’t be used as a deflection when talking about the actual situation itself.
