just so yall know if ur getting coffee and they pour the espresso over ice that’s why it’s so bitter! pouring it over ice shocks it and makes the shot very disgusting. it sucks seeing places do this just for the aesthetic of it. ur ruining the drinks bro

like if selling coffee is gonna be ur main line of work maybe know how coffee works? idk like it’s not that hard. do the syrup then the espresso then the milk then the ice. stop ruining the shot just for aesthetics
