Yall got any idea what this is? I have them on both sides of my face and I hate it is it just acne? Sometimes there are dry lil bits of skin on them Any help would be appreciated in their eradication

Might be allergic to your toothpaste if it’s near to your mouth

idk could be hormonal acne. I had dry chin and it was probably toothpaste switched to no sodium laurel sulfate and got better
