I mean 1 is right; it is safer to never send pictures. If you still want to, I’d wait until you really actually know that you trust him and he has proven himself in some large way. THEN you can consider it.

I wouldn’t do them at any time because they can threaten you with those pictures if things ever turn out kinda wrong.

That’s his choice if he was to send them himself and even if he doesn’t beg you to send them. It would just be a safer option to not sending any.
