i got them after my first meeting with my psych but tbf that session was super long and was three hours so for normal psychs it could take more than one session. as for the changes i still have the compulsions but to a lesser degree and i act on them less c:

Overall, a little. I still have the thoughts and compulsions. Just to a smaller degree.
