well that's to give enough time for them to make it if they were busy and most people show up after 2 minutes wanting it ready. it's worse when it says it'll be ready by a certain time and they don't start making it until that time

I agree it’s also an issue when that happens cus like what is the point of me even ordering online if you don’t even start it until I tell you my name at the speaker??? (@chickfila)
