Fully updated, gas stove, Samsung appliances, a WATER AND ICE DISPENSER in the fridge?? And right next to a river and concert venues, restaurants, etc. I’m so happy. She even told us she’d have us lie abt how many cats we have so we’re just paying one pet fee instead of two 😭 what an angel
