I have an iud so I don’t get a period but I always get brief symptoms monthly (swollen/sore boobs, minor cramping/back pain), and I broke up w my ex coming up on 2 months ago and haven’t had those symptoms since then, I’m starting to notice them today 🤩 my nervous system is healing itself
