the groupchat is inexplainable, the moral condemnation is clearly needed for every participant in the whole chat, but i keep seeing people confused by they havent been charged and the unfortunate truth is the legal holding isnt strong there

she was absolutely too intoxicated and they all took advantage of that for sure, but since she was physically conscious the whole time and they never physically forced her to do the drugs, i dont think theres a good case for rape. there was however two guys that initiated sexual contact without any consent, and did so completely abruptly, and i think that may be the strongest case legally. ofc they did this because the first two guys who had sex with her had put in the gc that they could

so morally the worst in this case is still the original 3 guys who gave her the drugs and started it all, but legally the most chargeable are the ones that came after and who forced themselves on her after hearing they “could” from the gc
