i saw someone put “my herpes is gone” on another group and everyone upvoted and i was like ummm herpes is chronic and incurable so people downvoted me. that’s when i started to think maybe some of them are trolls

i think it’s almost inevitable that some of them are made up but i don’t ever comment anything, i just am skeptical because how tf would any of us know 😭
