If you eat stake or beef I would throw that in there it has a lot of iron in it, and when ur on ur period you lose a lot of blood and need iron

proteins, fruits, wheat….yeah i don’t see anything unhealthy about that, go for it! a lot of the time my meals consist of random veggie with sliced deli meat

period girl dinner happens to a lot of us, you’re good. I had some sliced deli turkey, strawberries, and some pretzels

I take iron pills cuz I’m anemic so I’m not too worried abt that
