I’m sorry he didn’t check on you. I’m not defending him because I don’t know but I work in a hospital while I’m in school and I’m terrible at therapeutic communication when someone’s upset and I never know what to do especially being on adhd and depression meds, I just feel blank and can come off as a bitch

Thanks I will take that into consideration when I talk to him. He doesn’t work or anything mostly just video games and surfing. He does have adhd but so do I. I can cut him some slack but I just feel like if it was him I’d be there for him ya know?

Oh yeah I get that, and your feelings are totally valid and I’m not trying to excuse him, but I know how my meds alter my personality
