I don’t have much advice but I’m going through the same thing. I try to keep myself as busy as possible throughout the day but at night when I have nothing to do and no one to talk to it’s really hard. Especially when I have vivid dreams of us reconciling and then he’s not there when I wake up
Because our brains can’t differentiate between someone dying and a breakup, the grieving phase will probably last a while for you. It’ll hurt, but maybe you could try sitting with your emotions for a bit every day. Just give yourself some time to feel, especially since you’re doing everything else I’d suggest lol
