no one talks about how hard the transition from college to “real life” is. i’ve literally never known depression quite as deep as this

I’m a junior, and I’m starting that transition (taking on more financial responsibility, having more autonomy, having to do some things solo or for the first time) and I’m genuinely so bad at it

Everyone told me “congrats” when I graduated but lowkey college were the best years of my life so far and having it all end was so sad

Honestly especially with the current job market it’s been so stressful

I think for me the hardest thing is finding out what i like to do aside from work and school and finding out how i can do it affordably. everything has been focused on the next assignment or test or application or interview and now i just have free time but no full time job

I think my struggle is I’m having to answer questions that I don’t have answers too. The most common one right now being “when are you getting married?” And “where are you working after school?” Like idk man? I can’t do jack if I can’t pass my NCLEX
