As of now this is misinformation, although I wouldn’t be surprised if that changed, this is a single woman filing to try to do this and she’s been doing that for years, she filed in 2020 and the Supreme Court didn’t take her case, things only become anything of any significance if the court actually takes her case, which I think it’s unlikely to at this point but it’s certainly possible

The articles reporting on this have had very misleading headlines, no one even heard about when she tried to do this in 2020 because none of us took it seriously and it amounted to nothing. It is a bit of a scary time right now of there being more concern over something like that happening but as of now there is no actual evidence this will go any different from last time, and the court only has one member different than it did then
