my therapist sent me a test to see what career would match best with me and my preferences and my top suggestion was working on an oil rig 😭 this was for the no school needed section. there were multiple levels of schooling in the answers idk

like it gave 5 suggestions for jobs that you didn’t need to go to college for and went up in amount of years needed in college. level 1 no college needed level 5 10+ years or something long ass time period idk

it’s okay girl i took a college class where we did one of these and it told me my top job was a bus driver (which you don’t need a college education for) I think it is based more on the type of environment you would thrive in; so maybe with the oil rig they’re saying you like to be hands on, work more independently but still as part of a team, and like your work to provide something (oil?)

BARISTA IS SO COOL! & I think definitely matches what I said in my other comment - providing something (drinks) - working more independently but still in a team (making drinks on your own but still having other bartenders) - being hands on

i actually have considered a steward position at an oil rig if i couldn’t find a job LOL it wouldn’t be horrible and the pay is awesome
