When I made my account, I accidentally let the year dropdown go back to the default, which was the current year (like 2019). I immediately emailed them to correct it bc obviously I’m not <1 year old and they just threatened to ban me for having an incorrect age but refused to fix it. My account has been labeled <13 and it makes me so uncomfy I block anyone who tries to DM me. I really only got it to play with my brother so w/e but the fact that THAT’s how they handled that has made me so wary.

Yea Roblox sucks ass sm with handling anything and the fact for parents who had parental control of their kids accounts they just find out from their kids that they got this pop up and it aged them incorrectly.
