Off the top of my head: Mute his social media so you don't watch his story constantly, write out a list of things he's done that would make your best friend mad for you, set up a days since counter of when the last time you talked to him was, don't put in effort into reaching out to him, change his name in your phone to “Scam Likely”, and unfavorite photos involving him that you have in your phone favorites
