i use oat milk, non dairy cheese, and non dairy cream cheese weekly. there's plenty of subs for actual dairy, also target sells pills that help u digest dairy if u want to eat it like once or twice a week

Yeah it affects my stomach in so many ways and I know it’s bad for me. But dairy is in so many things you legit have to read the label
