if you want to lose weight for whatever reason, i’m not going to try & stop you, but PLEASE work to create a diet that does not cause malnourishment. eating enough nutritious food is so important to our longevity & wellbeing & cannot be avoided by just eating 1/2 of whatever you ate before. those sorts of unsustainable changes that DEMAND sheer “will power & discipline” will warp the way you see food & i’m so worried to see people selling COURSES endorsing it. so please, just be careful 🫶🫶🫶

It’s also not sustainable! The biggest hack I’ve found actually leads to me eating more than I used to, but my diet is heavily focused on protein and fiber. If you consume enough protein and build more muscle, your body will naturally burn more calories in a healthy way to maintain that muscle. Fiber obviously makes you feel fuller and keeps your GI tract healthy as a bonus

the best way to lose weight AND keep a strong healthy body is by exercising and consistently eating properly structured meals (veggies, protein/fats, then carbs). especially if you want to keep the weight off. excessively fasting is gonna have you hungry ASF at some point.

def! eating lots of nutritious food is always the best way to prioritize your health! if you’re eating enough fiber & protein you’ll probably feel full & not feel tempted to overeat
