It can’t completely change your period’s timing, but if your body was close to starting (hormone levels low, uterine lining weak), the impacts and muscle contractions can get it going a day or so earlier than it would have on its own.

How? It wasn’t intentional? And some people don’t mind period blood during sex since it can act as a natural lubricant, some even like the copper taste. Also, you could argue that cum is gross and discharge is gross. Sex IS gross, and that’s okay. There’s really no part of sex that isn’t gross to some degree. If you can’t get over sex being gross then I think you shouldn’t be having it.

I don’t personally like it but some do. And again, sex itself is gross. If you can’t handle unexpected bodily fluids like cum, discharge, or period blood, you’re not ready for sex. It’s not like she plotted to get her period blood on him, she didn’t even know this could happen. It’s very common for orgasms to cause a period to jumpstart. Calling it gross is like calling water wet, sex and its accompanying fluids are gross. But it’s wrong to shame people for this.
