Rarity and Sweetie Belle are wasian. More specific, dad is white and mom is Korean. Mom taught them about skin care and how to take care of themselves and dad played football in college. Rarity loves to pamper herself where Sweetie Belle wants to play around a lot more. I also think that being wasian and can also fit into Rarity’s character as a fashion designer idk why but I feel it deep in me.

Twilight and Shining Armor are blasian. Dad is black and mom is Japanese. I honestly always got the vibe that they were mixed race if they were people, but people often forget they are related bc they are different shades and ponies in mlp are racist. Shining Armor is lighter than Twilight. They were raised in a super strict household with aristocratic parents too, and they also got good scholarships bc they are “rare” mixed race group

Fluttershy is Indian, idk why but I see her oiling her scalp and doing hair care on herself as she talks to the animals. She is all natural, like making her own wool clothing and everything. She’s a dairy vegan, but she eats honey and eggs bc she sources them ethically, I also think she is Hindu. She makes her own henna with plants she finds with her animal friends too.

Rainbow Dash is black, I think she hated getting her hair done as a kid, and it was bc she was tender headed and she refused to get it done which caused matting and so she shaved her head and she started dying it rainbow, it also made her more aerodynamic. As an adult she will get wigs but occasionally has braids bc Rarity wants to learn how to braid short black hair bc she wants to be more inclusive for clients

Celestia and Luna are mixed. But Celestia is Albino and Luna has very dark skin. I just think this headcannon is cute bc it shows they are opposites but still complement each other

That wasn’t the only reason, the was more for shining armor bc he’s a man and they live in a matriarchal society. Twilight is genuinely so talented that she doesn’t need a scholarship. Besides people do that all the time with these characters or any character that isn’t a human being.
