how the fuck do people do fwb. can it ever actually be consistent? is it so bad that I have needs too? Why does it have to only be when they initiate? I asked him hey wanna hang next week and no response. Am I not understanding something?

This is what I hate about ppl wanting a fwb thing. A lot of ppl put more emphasis on the “with benefits” than the friends bit of fwb. At that point that’s a fuck buddy 😭

not at all… I’m way too avoidant right now and am in no place for any of those feelings lol. I don’t even think it’s possible for me to feel anything like that again. Is it just asking for too much for like very bare minimum communication?

The very bare minimum communication in question is referring to me saying “was gonna ask to hang sometime next week” and like idk maybe a “I’m busy on xyz day” or “sorry I can’t”, what have you… not just no response yet one on snap lol

Idk just thought we were on the same page bc we did talk about it and I was like yeah I’m defo down for fwb but like not just hey come over let me fuck then bye. We have decent convo in person so I thought we were on the same page but at the same time he clearly has more experience w fwb/casual than I do. It’s not a problem I guess just something I wasn’t getting

I’m sorry if I confused you I’m saying it’s not wrong to expect basic communication but that’s still just a fwb you shouldn’t have expectations for. and you shouldn’t be finding yourself waiting on replies from him
