literally just go sit in her room with her and read, go on your laptop, do normal things. eventually she’ll be so annoyed by your presence she’ll at least get up and do something (this worked on me)

This and bring food and play a quiet and happy movie. Animation like bobs burgers really help when I’m starting to become sad or anxious.
