Concern yourself with healthy behaviors, not what your body looks like

so you should focus on balancing your hormones and the sort of vitamins you take. I don’t doubt you probably do this already though. now, I don’t PCOS but from what I’ve seen and heard from so many women and people I know that working with your menstrual cycle is amazing…and for everyone actually!! it really levels at your hormones and you’re able to see results

Hey girl fellow PCOS babe ! Diet , keep track of your hormones especially your testosterone levels, and make sure you’re regulating your stress which is crazy to think but my mental health plays a big part on how it affects your hormones

Make sure you are in a deficit 400-500 cal below maintenance, lift and the scale might go up because pcos girlys tend to build muscle a lot quicker, just becuse it may take a while to see a difference on the scale if you are in a deficit your body WILL change, just don't get discouraged and keep goingggg

I look up a lot of home workouts for abs. Crunches and sit ups, planks are good too. Obviously eat balanced and work with your hormones.

Please be careful with telling her to lift because if she’s high on testosterone that might not help her regulate other things well

Lifting is one of the most beneficial things a woman can do for her overall health. So respectfully no I will not be carful.

Yah definitely will focus on mental health more. How do I keep track of my hormones (ex: testosterone) tho? I try to drink water, care for my mental health, and take any vitamins I know I need

Thank you!! If you know is it good to eat more protein while doing those? I know it’s good to eat more protein to lose weight and build muscles but it can also help you gain weight if you’re not doing certain stuff

ima add it that maybe she should take CBD. cbd is linked to neutralizing and stabilizing hormones.

Protein is good for any sort of exercise because it helps with muscle gain and giving energy. Definitely drink more water and do some extra cardio if you have a sit down job. I have the stubborn tummy fat that I’m trying to get rid of but I’m also trying to gain weight in other places so it’s a really weird middle ground. Also definitely fit in some fiber!
