I don’t doubt you probably do this already though. now, I don’t PCOS but from what I’ve seen and heard from so many women and people I know that working with your menstrual cycle is amazing…and for everyone actually!! it really levels at your hormones and you’re able to see results
Make sure you are in a deficit 400-500 cal below maintenance, lift and the scale might go up because pcos girlys tend to build muscle a lot quicker, just becuse it may take a while to see a difference on the scale if you are in a deficit your body WILL change, just don't get discouraged and keep goingggg
Protein is good for any sort of exercise because it helps with muscle gain and giving energy. Definitely drink more water and do some extra cardio if you have a sit down job. I have the stubborn tummy fat that I’m trying to get rid of but I’m also trying to gain weight in other places so it’s a really weird middle ground. Also definitely fit in some fiber!
