i save all the money my family gives me (whether its a gifts or for gas/groceries) and whenever i buy stuff i dont need i match it to my savings account. and save 20-30% of my paychecks i have almost 20k at 19

I do freelance writing and photography as well as music stuff, often working as a team with my bf since that’s the kinda stuff we first bonded over. I make pretty good money out of it.

In terms of saving I normally save 30% - 40%. Depends on if I’m saving up for something II the more immediate future, then that might fluctuate a bit.
