I really need a therapist but idk what kind to go to, there is just so much wrong in my life. I have ptsd (I think), money issues, anxiety. Lowkey think I have ADHD idk what I’m doing and I feel so hopeless a lot

The most important thing is that you feel comfortable with your therapist. If you’re new to therapy, I’d give classic cbt talk therapy a shot. If you’re having depressive symptoms I’d target those first

Idk what that is, also I live with my parents (I’m forced to and it’s complicated) but I don’t have freedom of speech around my house. And I don’t go out cuz I’m not allowed. My parents also don’t believe in therapy. I know it sounds childish but it’s dead truth and I’m just so tired of it
