My favorite come back to that is “so what’s the other five’s excuse?” And they tend to switch their defense up because they don’t have a justification ready for them. I swear these rape defenders are just terrible at basic math.

Well don’t do drugs and don’t do an objectively slutty thing(threesome). I am for all victims but some situations are incredibly avoidable, and as a Christian that is a terrible thing to engage in, even if the other people weren’t consensual.

If you ever looked back at any other cases many victims like to deny they were ever raped, to feel normal. Yes this next thing I’m taking form is fake but Law and order SVU is inspired by very real cases. Even a few episodes were similar to this, where the survivor knew the rapist and still talked to them after the fact

I don’t think she asked to do it again, she was being friendly. Some people who know their rapist or are close with them don’t take into account what that person actually did. Also, she consented to 2 men, not 7. Especially for that long.

Right! I just find it crazy that they only had to write essays and that was all. From what I heard she wanted to leave but the school wouldn’t reimburse the money she had paid so she stayed. Which is sad, having to stay at a school and see those people around.

Not a Karen, I am just a sane person. You said sexual things can happen if they are consensual and acknowledge the threesome, but still say they all raped her? How does that work, and you get basically the same pleasure from one man, and therefore it is objectively slutty. Where do you draw the line then if not at multiple men? I can judge whatever crap is being normalized when it shouldn’t be, because it leads to this gray area where everyone is at fault.
