maybe ur allergic to the gloves? latex allergy can be very subtle sometimes. see if yall have different gloves at work, other than that maybe start opting for not wearing gloves & just washing hands a lot (depending on ur work obv)

You should try to get some hand masks! Leave them on all night or for a couple of hours and they really help bring moisture back.

unfortunately i don’t work in a fancy enough kitchen for us to not wear gloves so for food safety we’re required to 😔 our gloves are latex free too! my hands get really sweaty in the gloves sometimes so i fear that could be one of the culprits

are they slimy? i have trouble keeping my hands moisturized as it is cuz i cant really handle slimy textures and lotion is so slimy most of the time 😔

It depends on what kind you get, they make some that are those texture and then they make some that is more like a normal glove.
