Mine also get sore!! I used to be confused when ppl would put heating pads on their lower stomach cause I don’t feel pain as often there, and I felt too awkward to explain that to friends that’d offer me theirs 😅

It’s because your ligaments there are physically loosening to help your cervix open and push out the blood and clots. It’s normal
