She left from Monterey, CA May 21st and will complete the trip in about 43 days. She uses an on-board solar-powered desalinator to turn ocean water into drinkable freshwater. She packed enough meal rations to last her whole trip. She’s managing the sleep deprivation and isolation with only two stuffed animals, Hugo and Maury, for company.
