Sorry new poll. I got up at 2PM today and worked from 3-8PM. Right now, it’s 10:16 PM at night. Should I try to sleep now (Im not tired at all) with melatonin and tea or should I take adhd meds and stay up until 8-9am and sleep then, my work starts at 2PM
Deciding at 15 votes, my adhd meds last like 8-10 hours so In worried I’ll only get five hours of sleep from like 9am to 2pm. OR I could take melatonin and make a strong tea and try to sleep now idk
