i always used to say that if i didn’t organize things, no one would. this is how i felt with my old friends and it was so exhausting. you need to surround yourself with more mature people! or just accept your role as designated coordinator in your group- most groups have one, and people feel like it would disrupt the “flow” of things if they were to step up for once
