
i just want to hug you. i’ve been feeling this way lately and im even laying in bed now procrastinating. is there any way you can talk to someone or get accommodations? for me, a reward system, change of environments, playing music, working with a friend, and telling myself i just have to do it helps. allow yourself a break and pamper yourself. get your mind right, clean up your work area/ room if it’s messy and relax a bit to ease yourself. everything will work out. you got this!!!
