everyone around me talks to their romantic interests 24/7 and im like… how do yall have a job and juggle that, it feels so unrealistic once you’re actually in the adult world so to speak

Ok fair!! I know I could probably work on myself a little bit before going all in so I let people know I’m not super super dedicated when I start talking to them. You can def talk to someone more often!

Like the guy I’m talking to right now - same college town, in different places for the summer. Tried to keep up the convo over text but it got boring real fast and I told him it might be better if we just waited til we’re both back at college, and he was chill with that. I respect someone like that a lot, while some people might respect more constant attention
