also you can ask your doctor for medication to help you quit I went on Wellbutrin bc I struggle with anxiety and one of the effects is quitting smoking

Nicotine is one of the hardest things to quite but that doesn’t mean it’s impossible. Try keeping lollipops and sweets nearby you. It’ll probably fill a drug cue but won’t actually give you a high. People generally recommend that when quitting
