what does everyone bring to therapy? i’ve been thinking about bringing a journal with things written down that i want to discuss and or use my notes app on my phone is that weird?

Definitely useful. I told my therapist I had things I want to discuss on my notes app and would read it off to them. There’s probably a ton of people who also do that

I use a big journal or my phone for small notes on the go My journal is bc long ago in that journal I write down things my alter ego would have and so we are going down the list and making weekly goals so everything with that is in there

I use a notes app cause other wise I always forget something that I wanted to talk about in therapy and struggle for the rest of the week
