DUDE ITS SO ANNOYING. I was working in a place with a lot of teenagers and posted on my university yikyak about how it was annoying how all the teen boys kept asking for my number and asking if I had a boyfriend. Im 22. Theyre 17-18. tell me why the MEN at my school were saying “just give them a chance they age gap isnt even bad.” motherfucker theyre IN HIGHSCHOOL. The fact that he also doesn’t see an issue with it is disgust, just because it’s legal doesn’t mean it’s right. exactly. its just weird. both entering adulthood but in VASTLY different stages. like theres a power imbalance and a maturity level disconnect. if ur not taking advantage, u genuinely must relate to them which is an issue to be diagnosed and discussed in therapy. if ur an able bodied able minded bill paying independent 23 year old…u should NOT feel any sort of connection to an 18 year old. thats it thats all.
