So I officially can never have dairy again (almost died from anaphylaxis 😭) and was wondering what your guys’ favorite Asian dishes are? I didn’t grow up eating much Asian cuisine but I’ve enjoyed what I have tried so far. I love how there is less dairy.

Not the Asian you’re probably thinking of but I recently opened up my world to Indian food and omg it’s wonderful. If you find a genuine Indian spot, they use non dairy milk in their dishes. There are also some dishes that have zero dairy. You just have to ask before you order

i love kimchi fried rice with egg! really nice strong flavors, easy to add any additional flavors or vegetables or anything ur heart desires, and making a few servings is pretty easy meal prep. would advise against using a non stick pan tho, every time i try to use a non stick for fried rice it always sticks😔

i also love the vegetable gyoza from trader joe’s! they come frozen, i’m not 100% sure they’re dairy free off the top of my head so double check, but they’re so good with some soy sauce alongside whatever protein of ur choosing :)
