started my gym journey a couple days ago but all i see is fit people working out to stay fit. meanwhile i’m the only fat person working out to get fit. i can’t help but feel like they’re all staring at me and judging me 😭 this is gonna be hard

As someone who used to be a manager at a gym. I promise you if anyone judges you for going to the gym ask them this specific question: “if the gym is made for you to lose weight why should i not be here?”
