all my friends got their trauma from their families i got my trauma from being a competitive gymnast before safe sport so they just killed us everyday basically AND i unfortunately had a pedo coach too

like my mom and dad are cool as shit but in my sporting years i was very unlucky with my coaches. sexual abuse from the male head coach then physical and emotional from the other coaches. then i switched to volleyball freshman year of high school! those coaches are under title IX investigation for abuse 🫩

i’m actually really mad at how everything happened like i really wonder what i could’ve done with coaches who cared about me and my physical and mental health. maybe i could’ve competed in college

If you still enjoy the sport you can always do it as a hobby or just for fun. You don’t need a coach since you learned many skills to avoid any further trauma
