Just found out my “boyfriend” of over two years has been swapping nudes with his ex for the last year. Idk what to do because I know everyone is going to tell me to dump him but my heart doesn’t. We’ve already signed a lease to move in together in July

Talk to your property manager and see if you can get out of the lease!!!

But you can imagine a life with another woman in his life? I understand that this is hard, especially with a lease on the line. Unfortunately it won’t stop here, you’ll wonder what’s taking so long for him to come back after a “quick run to the store”, him being irritated that you’re in ‘his’ space, and more. My heart goes out to you, but do not love him more than you love yourself.
