Yall got any tips or tricks for back pain? I’m thinking it might be a strained muscle but I’m not sure and I work the rest of the week😭 ts is killing me

strengthening ur core will help u SOOOOO much forever. i'd do light walking every day but not too much and rest it for a little then add core exercises once u feel u can take it. then once u feel healed, add even just 10-15 mins of beginners pilates vids from youtube to ur weekly routine. it can help so fucking much. sincerely someone who had a herniated disc as a teen

Heat !! And see a massage therapist and stretch and sleep on your back/ left side. Yoga

This is so helpful, thank you! Imma try to start a morning/night routine tm bc I’m alr over this lol I work in retail as a lead so I’m on my feet alllll day and sometimes doing a bunch of repeated tasks and that alr can put stress on my back, this is just adding to it😭

ohhh maybe ask ur job if there's anyway u can lessen ur load as u heal for a min so u dont make things worse
