And? Getting in good shape is a way to make yourself feel prettier. It does wonders for your self confidence.
Also, there’s a difference between skinny and fit, I’m talking about the latter.

that’s very true for me, personally. I always feel super good if I ever get the chance to workout. I think it also scientifically releases endorphins

Oh yeah, I do a whole research project on simple ways to combat things like depression and anxiety and that was one of them (the other big one being time in nature)
