report them; both to the app's moderation team and possibly to authorities as that is sexual harassment/assault you can also expose him. anything that's on his profile is fair game to share with the world along with a (censored) screenshot of him sexually harassing you. tiktok loves having a creep to dunk on and they may very well find out who he is/knows and contact his friends, family or workplace (many employers will fire you for conduct like this outside of work)
