I also use spironolactone, an anti androgen that trans women often use. I have more male hormones than i do female ones, and i need outside help to feel more like myself.

Yes! And on the opposite spectrum I am a cis woman and I use estrogen blockers!!

I physically looked kinda androgynous - was told i looked like hunter schaefer sometimes actually- and didn’t have any butt or boobs, super muscular for no reason.
Estrogen and progesterone changed that.

Most people do not use hormone replacement for PCOS- it was largely because a) birth control is poo poo and b) I was starting to not feel like myself anymore

And when I tell you, since it is used in gender affirming care, holy fuck was it difficult to get. I had to fail 2 birth controls before my insurance would even think about covering it
