i have thrown up from stress multiple times over grad school applications can y’all share coping strategies or something i need to calm down

Go on a walk, fresh air helps me, try to forget everything and just not think about it. I also swim laps, I listen to music beforehand so that a song gets stuck in my head and I’m just singing to myself the whole time in my head and it makes me lose track of time tier. Anything you truly love, put everything else down & away for a chunk of time and enjoy yourself and how far you’ve come to even be worrying about grad school<3 you’re amazing queen

this helped TREMENDOUSLY!! i took a walk around my campus earlier, got lunch at a place i haven’t been in a while, spoke to my mom, and then i rewrote my personal statement and now i’m so much more confident in it. thank you 🙏

I’m so glad to hear this queen 🥹 going to grad school is a huuuuge accomplishment and you’ve worked soo so hard. Be proud of yourself and thank YOURSELF for allowing yourSELF to do that!! Self care is soo important <3 never let yourself go because of stress and overwhelming energy, it’ll allll be okay
