
Go on a walk, fresh air helps me, try to forget everything and just not think about it. I also swim laps, I listen to music beforehand so that a song gets stuck in my head and I’m just singing to myself the whole time in my head and it makes me lose track of time tier. Anything you truly love, put everything else down & away for a chunk of time and enjoy yourself and how far you’ve come to even be worrying about grad school<3 you’re amazing queen
