
If you can’t do physical therapy lowkey there are probably instructions online — or tbh I could dm you some instructions! Basically you just buy these silicone dilators (my physical therapist told me which ones and I just got them on Amazon), then basically you insert them and deep breathe (she used to say “when you exhale, imagine your vag blooming like a flower”), basically until it no longer hurts, like 10 minutes every night. And I feel the tampon thing tbh, when my pelvic dysfunction was bad any size tampon would press against the stressed muscle and make me feel like I needed to pee. And I still remember when I first (somehow) got a really small tampon in before my hymenectomy and the absolute hell that was getting it out (I had a microperforate hymen so the hole was about the size of a q tip 😭)
