I HATE SMOKERS!!!!! WHY DID WE NORMALIZE SMOKING AGAINNNNN????? IN THE MID 2020s??????? IT’S NOT COOL 😭😭😭 IT HAS NEVER BEEN COOL!!! 😭 ENJOY YOUR BAD BREATH, MOOD SWINGS, AND CANCER I GUESS????

OP here. thc is just fine. it’s not addictive and i like edibles myself. but SMOKING the ACT can still put you at risk for things like lung and mouth cancer even if it’s just weed bc of the smoke inhalation. also if you live with kids or other people, it can make them smell like whatever you’re smoking which can socially hurtful for them. i recommend switching to edibles if you can. still helps you relax but without the risks of smoking.

Understandable. Just so you know though, weed can still be very much be emotionally addicting not physically but still, it’s there. I do understand the risks, but the way I look at things is I could die walking out the door by a penny falling from a building (I’m from nyc). I got cancer already from doing nothing negatively to my body. I’m still very sick and won’t live a super long life so for me it’s just not something I’m worried about honestly.

I know that sounds very ignorant but it’s just my experience. I would do edibles but I have severe malabsorption in my stomach intestines and liver-edibles have no effect on me. Theoretically I could have an 1000mg edible and a bottle of vodka and not feel a thing.

got it. everyone’s experiences and health needs are different. i think if it’s impossible for you to not smoke and it improves your quality of life significantly, then go for it! these are extenuating circumstances. thanks for sharing this with me and widening my perspective
